- One of three reasons:
- Your transaction was denied because this resource has not been approved by your manager
- Your transaction was declined because you currently have no approved resources that either match the charged amount or match the merchant of this purchase
- Sometimes if a resource is added incorrectly there may be a typo in the merchant name - please reach out to your account manager or to help desk so this can be resolved.
- Your transaction was denied because you do not have enough remaining budget to make this purchase
- Solutions for denied transactions:

- Check your remaining funds on your OneRange dashboard. If you feel there is an error, please contact OneRange support for assistance
- Navigate to the “Active Requests” tab of your Dashboard and confirm that this resource has been approved by your manager
- Navigate to the “Active Requests” tab of your Dashboard and check the dollar amount for this request. If your transaction amount is more than your requested amount, please re-request the resource at the correct dollar amount
- Be sure to account for currency changes, if applicable
