Why is my card being declined?

Your card may be declined for several reasons - please see the most commons ones below.

• You currently do not have approved resources that match the amount of this purchase
  • Purchases must be within 15% of the original price. ex if you have $ dollars in your OneRange account, and a resource costs $116 Dollars the transaction will be declined.
• There was a verification issue with one of the following pieces of information associated with your card.
  • “postal code”
  • “cvc”
  • “address”
  • “expiry” 

• This resource has not been approved by your manager.
