Overview

• What is the value of the Rippling integration?

  This integration eliminates the need of any interaction required to keep the employee roster updated on OneRange saving your admin countless hours.

   

• Why should customers use the Rippling integration?

  The integration provides a secure and automatic sync between OneRange and Rippling. You can set rules on which employee you want added and keep their information up to date with OneRange.

   

• When should customers use vs not use the Rippling integration?


  You should always use the integration when possible. Contact our support team if you have any questions.

Installation

• How can customers get the Rippling integration set up?

  Once your OneRange account is set up, please go to the Rippling app store and search for OneRange. Click on Connect and follow the steps to complete the integration.

   

• What items need to be in place prior to the Rippling installation?

  Make sure HRIS is enabled on your account before you begin installation. If you don’t see HRIS in the integrations section, please contact support.

Data Flows

• What are the distinct data flows for the Rippling Integration?

  We currently import employee data when an employee is added to your system, removed, or updated.

   

• When and how do each of the Rippling data flows trigger?

  They are triggered automatically through our integration every 24 hours at a minimum.

   

• How can customers manually trigger Rippling data flows?


  If there is a delay or issue you can manually trigger the update by doing a Force Resync found on the Company > Integrations > HRIS
