New User Overview

Welcome to OneRange! 

We have partnered with your company to bring you a marketplace of learning and development resources while automating the approval and access of your budget. 

Our goal is to make this experience as straightforward and streamlined as possible. Once you create your account and log in, you will see a dashboard that has information on how much stipend you are allotted to spend. From there you can click on the resources tab to select what you would like to spend it on. Your manager will need to approve it in order to move forward. 

Dashboard:

We are constantly updating our platform with new content every week as we expand our partnerships with conferences, universities, coaching and mentorship services, publications &  online course providers. However, if you don’t see what you are looking for, feel free to use our add resource tool (marked by the + button on the resources page). Paste the URL, click “Fill in via URL”, and we will try to get as much info as we can to prepopulate the fields for you.

Add Resource Modal:

Once you request and get manager approval, you'll be able to find the resource in the "Dashboard" tab. The blue button next to the approved resource will provide a way to purchase - either through Quick Purchase (one-click purchase) or by issuing a virtual card with your company's billing address. 

Once the purchase is made, their is no additional action to take (no receipt is needed).  Accss the resource directly through the provider (e.g. masterclass.com) or follow the instructions provided by OneRange fulfillment (through Quick Purchase, the instructions will be sent via email to your work account).
